Context:
The backup sections of our docs have inconsistent notices regarding the experimental status of the API and also the sidebar headings are inconsistent.

AT:

• notices at top of each backup section are aligned to the phasing on the zeebe section rn
• sidebar headings are aligned to be more consistent
• synced on slack, I will also align this not just for optimize but for the other sections as well
