User Problem:
For users (e.g. operators) it is currently not possible to monitor process health in 3rd party tools (e.g. Slack or operations monitoring tool like Prometheus).
User Story (Required on creation):
- As an Operations Engineer, I want to be able to register WebHooks for alerts to integrate them into my operations monitoring tool
- As a BU user, I want to be able to register WebHooks for alerts to my used messaging tools like Slack
