Description
User Problem:
With an increasing number of collections, and reports, it gets challenging to organize reports well.
User Story (Required on creation):
As a user, I want to be able to substructure a collection. The current collection contains all reports and dashboards in a list ordered by "last updated" which makes navigation difficult especially for newbies.

- Would it be useful if we treated reports as children of dashboards?
- Would it be useful if we organized reports by alphabetical order rather than last updated by default?
