AT:
- The Optimize Navbar is replaced with the carbon Navbar from the composite library
- All the current info, dropdowns, and links are added to the new Navbar
- The app switcher is hidden by default
Out of scope:
- Adding the app switcher to SaaS version of Optimize
Testing notes:
- All the functionality of the old navigation is moved into the new one
- The title navigates back to home
- The subnavigation links (breadcrumbs) still work like before
- All dropdown menus of the old navbar are moved to the new one and they sill work like before
- Resizing the browser window to a smaller width, will hide the navigation items and show the app switch icon on the left
- clicking on the app switcher will show the navigation items inside a side menu
