AT:

• The app switcher button is only visible in Optimize SaaS
• Clicking the app switcher, opens the side menu that contain links to the web modeler and the other apps inside the cluster (Operate, Tasklist)
• The links should open in the new tab
• "Camunda Optimize" option should exist in the menu as well and should be highlighted by default.

Testing notes:

• in C8SaaS there should be a button in top left corner that opens sidebar with links to other camunda apps
