For consistency in Mixpanel events (and potentially anywhere else that these analytic events from Optimize will be sent), we should integrate our BE with the newly created analytics bridge rather than sending events directly to Mixpanel: https://github.com/camunda-cloud/analytic-bridge/issues/78

Note that this is not relevant for FE events at this stage.
