get backup state API doesn't return all existing backups

      Get backup info does not return all existing backups. 

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create an Optimize backup 
      2. Get backup info to see all existing backups (not manual ones)

      Actual result: 

      It turns nothing. 

      Expected result:

      It should return all existing Optimize backups.
