Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

When creating a process report with variable view and with target value set, the error "formattter is not a function" is thrown.

Steps to reproduce:

• create process report
• set view to variable -> pick any variable
• in report configuration enable target value

Actual result:

"formatter is not a function" error is thrown

Expected result:

Report works as intended

follow "steps to reproduce" and this time it shouldnt throw any errors
