Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

When creating a number report with target value, which is displayed as a progress bar, for very long values, the number doesnt fit properly in its container as shown on the screenshot

Steps to reproduce:

create a number report with variable view and use very long variable, enable target value

Actual result:

variable cannot fit properly on the screen

Expected result:

variable value container should use ellipsis

Testing Notes:

• progress bar report with target value for very long variable should not overflow container and should show full value in tooltip instead
