ZeebeIT times out waiting for events

      Context:

      Currently, there are quite a few ZeebeIT that seem flaky - they timeout while waiting for events to be imported with the 5 second timeout limit. Locally they seem to work fine, we might just need to increase the timeout on jenkins. If that doesnt resolve the issue we should look into why events are not or too slowly imported on jenkins.
