Context:
To make optimize more dashboard focused, the current processes list has to be updated
AT:
- Viewing a default dashboard should open in the same tab instead of new one
- Visual changes have to follow what was agreed in this epics design ticket

Testing Notes:
- there should be new icon for each element on the list
- old "View" button with coresponding column title "Dashboard" should be gone, now user can click on the whole list item to open the default dashboard (it should open in the same browser tab)
- Email digest configuration is not a "Configure" button anymore but is moved to three dots dropdown on the right side of each item on the list
