      Context:
      The e2e on are failing frequently on Jenkins due to multiple reasons:

      • Network request failures
      • Slow rendering performance
      • Some of the e2e are unstable (e.g. after carbonizing the navigation, the click on navigation items does not always register)

      AT:

      • Enable quarantine mode in testcafe to automatically repeat failing tests up to 3 times before failure
      • Improve stability of frequently failing e2e tests
