Add help and more info links in the navbar

      Context:
      In Saas, we would like to keep the navbar help and info links consistent with the other products.

      AT:

      • Add missing help links to make it consistent with the other products
      • Update the text of the existing links to be consistent with the other products

      Testing Notes:

      • After logging in, open the Optimize user menu from the navigation
      • You should see the following links:
        • Telemetry Settings
        • Terms of Use
        • Privacy Policy
        • Imprint
      • Open the info menu from the navigation and you should see the following links:
        • What's new
        • User guide
        • Camunda Academy
        • Feedback and support
        • Slack Community

      All Links should work and go to the correct page.
