      Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

      With introduction of Carbon design library and related style sheets some CSS styles are overridden by those Carbon styles especially it took effect over 

      Steps to reproduce:

      Actual result:

      Text in the HTML elements that naturally provide bold font like <th> and <b> are not bold now

      Expected result:

      Elements that naturally provide bold font like <th> and <b> should be bold

       

      Testing Notes:

      • Table headers should be bold
      • Titles in heatmap tooltips should be bold
