Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

When deploying a new process without instances into an empty Optimize env, the Long running instances report view crashes with an error.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new cluster in C8 that contains Optimize
• Go to the web modeler and deploy a model (without starting any instances)
• Go the process page in Optimize

Actual result:

Long running instances report inside the adoption dashboard fails with an error as shown in the screenshot.

Testing Notes:

• run optimize without any processes
• model a process in modeler and deploy it but do not run any instances of it
• all the reports on the "Dashboards" page should work without errors

Expected result:

The adoption dashboard does not fail and show an empty report.
