Collection editors cannot export reports/dashboard

      Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

      Collection editors does not have authorization to export reports/dashboard.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a collection in Optimize
      • Add a user to the collection as an editor
      • Create a report or a dashboard inside the collection and save it.
      • Logout from current user
      • login with collection editor credentials
      • Go to the collection and try to export the created report.

      Actual result:

      The export fails with an authorization error.

      Expected result:

      The export request should succeed, and the user is able to export the report/dashboard.

       

      Testing Notes:

      • Users should be able to import/export reports and dashboards in the UI, both inside and outside of a collection
      • As an exception, users who are only viewers within a collection cannot do this when inside a collection
