Description
User Problem
Using Optimize alerts to monitor missing process instances to indicate missing communication is possible. But it is impossible to only alert for missing processes instances Monday to Friday but not for weekends to avoid spam on the weekend.
User Story (Required on creation)
- [MH] As a business user, I want to be able to define alerts that are only checked for certain weekdays; this allows me to avoid, e.g., alerts at the weekend when no one is in the office.
