Context:
Right now when the text report is created and added to the dashboard, the edit button only shows the notification that the editing feature will be added in the future, so this is the ticket to make it come true.
AT:
- create modal to let user edit text reports from dashboard edit page
Testing Notes:
- create a dashboard and add text report to it
- on the text report click on eddit button
- modal should appear which allows the user to modify the report
- cancel button should discard the changes
- save button should apply the changes to the report
