Adding new process report from a template after adding text/external report before causes the create report modal to show infinite loading indicator

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new dashboard
2. Add external/text report to the dashboard
3. try to add new process report from a template

Actual result:

Infinite loading indicator shows up

Expected result:

Create new report modal should appear properly
