      Problem Definition

      User Story

      As a system administrator
      I want to define the data retention policy with a environment variable
      So that i can manage it centraly with other configurations of my platform.

      Testing Notes

      • Should be quite self-explanatory. The new env vars are as follows:
        • CAMUNDA_OPTIMIZE_HISTORY_CLEANUP_CRON_TRIGGER
        • CAMUNDA_OPTIMIZE_HISTORY_CLEANUP_TTL
