L3 - Default Context:
TextEditor has two modals to add images and links which have two input fields for the url and for the alt text, but these fields are currently a bit too close to each other

increase spacing between these input fields (make them consistent with other modals)
Testing Notes:
There should be a bigger gap between url and alt text fields in insert link/image modal in text editor
