Instant preview dashboards should be copyable

      Since sharing is disabled for instant preview dashboards, the users should be able to at least copy it, so that they can share it.

      ATs:

      • The copied dashboard should have the instantPreviewReport property set to false. Functionally, the copied dashboard should be the same as any other dashboard they have created
