L3 - Default Description
Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?
when creating text report(tile) it is not possible to create it with just a picture. The reason is that it not counts the image in the character count thus not allowing to add the report 0 characters long
Steps to reproduce:
create new text report with nothing more but just a picture
Actual result:
char counter shows 0 and the "Add Tile" button is disabled
Expected result:
It should count a picture (maybe by image src or alt text) and allow user to create text report with an image only
Testing Notes:
Create text report and use only insert picture tool to create report with picture only. It should count the lenght of the url and show the proper text lenght. It should be possible to add this report to the dashboard
