Context:

Currently the smallest size of the tile on the dashboard is 2 x 2 but sometimes when creating a text tile with e.g. just a small image we want it to be just 1x1

AT:

Allow the text tiles to have the smallest size of 1x1 on the dashboard

Testing Notes:

Should be possible to create a text report on the dashboard to place it on the dashboard setting its size to be just 1x1 (taking only one tile of the dashboard grid)
