• Create a modal component based on carbon
• Migrate the common & potentially problematic modals to carbon:
  • Conflict Modal: appears when changing report used in alert and saving it
  • Deleter: Appears when deleting an entity item
  • Prompt: Appears when trying to add a variable filter on a new dashboard template that is unsaved
  • SaveGuard: Appears when moving away from a report edit mode without saving the changes
  • Copy Modal: appears when copying an entity
  • WhatsNew Modal
  • TelemetrySettings Modal
  • Collection sources Modal: Appears when creating a new collection
  • Assignee filter: appears when adding an assignee filters

Testing Notes:

• All the modals mentioned above should now use the carbon design modal
• We should try playing around with the modals mentioned above to ensure that there are no side effects to the migraiton
