KPI report title's broken in C8SaaS and C8SM

      Steps to reproduce:

      Go to Dashboards page trigger instant preview dashboard or create a KPI report 

      Actual result:

      KPI report titles is broken on Dashboards page and in kpi digest emails.

      It shows "Report: IP_TileText_Business"

      Expected result:

      It should work as expected. 

      eg: Report: Incident Free Rate
