Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

Zeebe importer don't work properly on C8SM, when we create 5 instances - 2 or 3 of them importing to Optimize.

Preconditions:

Use ES 8.6.0

Steps to reproduce:

Start few instances on C8SM

Check Operate if you see all the instances you've started

Check ES database if you see all the instance you've started 

Actual result:

In Optimize logs we see missing imported process instance number.

Expected result:

All the started instances should import to Optimize.
