Migrate outlier analysis & configure process modal to carbon

      AT:
      The following modals are converted to carbon:

      • The outlier analysis details modal: Appears when hovering over one of flow nodes and clicking the "view details" button.
      • The configure process modal inside the dashboards page (used to enable the digest)

       

      Testing Notes: 

      • We need to test that the two modals mentioned above look like carbon modals
      • We need to test that the two modals mentioned above still work as expected without any issues.
