• New report/dashboard description field is displayed on the collections page
• there is new column Description
• if description is too long it should be truncated with ellipsis
• hovering over too long description shows the whole description in the tooltip

Testing Notes:

• create report and add description to it
• create dashboard and add description to it
• go back to home page - on the list of entities should be a new column Description under witch reports and dashboards descriptions should be shown
