Warn when trying to delete a report or dashboard

    Description

      When a user tries to delete a report or dashboard, we should display a modal with a warning asking the user whether to proceed with deleting the report or cancel the deletion:

      "You are about to delete [report/dashboard] ”XYZ”. Are you sure you want to proceed?

      [Cancel] | [Proceed]
