Description
AT:
- Create a new Popover component based on Carbon design popover
- Replace existing popovers with the new one (except for report details/filters popovers, combined report date picker)
- The new popover should work like our existing popovers (e.g. become scrollable if it is very long, reposition automatically)
Testing Notes:
- Test that the following popovers work correctly:
- Dashboard/Report share button popover
- Dashboard filters popovers
- Report aggregation type selection popovers (appears when having a duration measure in a report)
- Report Configuration (in process/decision/combined reports)
- Definition editing/selection popovers (reports/outlier and branch analysis)
