Clean up after Table component carbonization

      After merging all the functionalities together, there is some refactoring/cleaning needed, as well as some last bugs need fixing

       

      Still needs work:

      • empty table state
      • error table state

      Testing Notes:

      • new empty state component is used
      • new loading state is used
