• The entity name popover is migrated to use carbon design popovers.

Testing Notes:
We use the entity name popovers in three places:

• Report view page near the name of the report
• Dashboard view
  • Near the name of the dashboard
  • Near the report tiles names

We need to test that popovers work as before and reposition automatically to stay visible on the page
