Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

In email digest configuration modal are two info icons, which on hover show some help text inside a popover.

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to dashboards page
2. for any processes on the list hover over the 3 dots on the right and select Configure
3. in the modal hover over the "i" icon next to "Process Owner"

Actual result:

The popover with help text appears under the modal

Expected result:

popover is shown properly, over the modal
