Handle multiple email digest recipients

      Context:

      For the new email digest improvements it is necessary to handle more then one recipient. This functionality is a replacement of existing Process owner setting.

      AT:

      Handle array of users (email digest recipients) instead of one (process owner):

      • in C7 only one user can be passed in the array and the authorization features for email generation should be kept
      • in C8 Saas an array of multpile users can be passed and one general email should be generated for all the recipients without authorization
      • In C8 SM this functionality does not exist
