Context:

Existing digest email template needs some improvements to make it more useful and user friendly.

AT:

• update the text at the beginning of the template, passing the name of the email recipient
• create new table with process metrics (see screenshot), the table should be generated based on the data since the last email was sent
• if no KPI are defined, send link to documentation on how to create KPIs
