Context:
After using the carbon popover, the popovers now always have a top margin. This is different that what we used to have for dashboard filters and configuration popovers.
Carbon popover has the option to disable the top margin by supplying a property called "isTabTip"
AT:
- Use the TabTip option for dashboard filters and configuration popover.
Testing Notes:
- Open one of the dashboard filters popovers or the configuration popoer
- The popover should not have a tip as shown in the screenshot.
