Creating alert in collection for not existing email address causes optimize to show white screen

    Description

      What/Where is the issue ?

      // Brief explanation of the issue

      Environment: C8SaaS

      Optimize version : 3.10 and 3.11 (just the current one on master)
      ES version : 7.17
      OS + Browser version : chrome:latest

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Preconditions: there has to be at least one process so we can create report for it
      • Steps:
        • create collection
        • create report within this collection
        • create alert for this report in collection's alert tab
        • use some non existing email address
        • try to create this alert

      Observed behavior:

      Screen becomes completly white

      Expected behavior:

      Error message is displayed and optimize is still running properly

      Additional Information:

      After investigation this is caused by the backend not returning in the error response the expected invalidAlertEmails  property wit an array of emails
