      What/Where is the issue ?

When SSO is added in C8SaaS, new user IDs are created for each user. In console, the old user ID is backlinked and available by the members endpoint.

However, Optimize only considers the ID as the entity owner at the time of creation/update. This means that if Optimize entities are created before SSO, and then SSO is later added, those Optimize entities will no longer be accessible to the users once they have the new ID.

      Environment: C8SaaS

      Optimize version : All
      ES version : All
OS + Browser version : All

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Preconditions: Before SSO, create a report, dashboard, collection, digest owner in Optimize
      • Steps:
        • Set up SaaS SSO
        • Login to Optimize
        • Try to access entities

      Observed behavior:

Entities aren't viewable in Optimize. No authorization

      Expected behavior:

After SSO setup, users should see their previoulsy created entities

      Additional Information:

This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
