Context:
We have a multi value input component that we use for number variable filter and alert emails.

AT:

• Create a carbon based multi value input as a C4 component
• The new component should have an invalid state if one of the input elements are invalid

Testing Notes:
The component cannot be tested right now until we use it in our application
