I can import data from multiple engines again

    Description

      AT

      • given:
        • Multiple engines are running
        • Optimize is configured to connection/import from multiple engines in the configuration file
      • when:
        • I start Optimize and thus the import begins
      • then
        • The data is imported from every configured engine

      Hints:

      • MultipleEngineSupportIT should pass again
      • Every engine has its own engine client -> engine client factory
      • Authorization is different for each engine -> engine authorization provider
      • StatusRestServiceIT gets engine client
      • All fetchers need to know which engine they fetch from
      • Add engine alias to import jobs
      • Import progress reporter should be able to take all engine into account
