      What/Where is the issue?

The "Events" table is not showing a loading state while loading the data.

      Environment:

      Optimize version: snapshot
      ES version: 7.17
      OS + Browser version:
      Operating System: Mac OSX
      Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)

      Steps to reproduce:

      Steps:
      Open the Optimize application
Go to the "Events-Based Process" section.
Click on the "Events" tab to view the events table.
Observe that the loading state does not appear while the data is loading.

      Observed behavior:

The loading state is missing while loading the data in the events table. As a result, there is no visual indication to the user that the data is being fetched, which may cause confusion and make it seem like the table is not responding.

      Expected behavior:

The expected application behavior is that a loading indicator should be displayed while the data is being fetched and loaded into the events table. This loading indicator will provide visual feedback to the user that the data is being processed and will be shown shortly.
