Improve logging for deleted definition fetching

      As per https://jira.camunda.com/browse/SUPPORT-17795, we don't currently include the engine alias in the logged message when we can't fetch a deleted definition. We should include this for improved debugging capabilities for self-managed C7 users

      • Backport to all maintenance branches
      • No testing necessary
