Context

The file referenced in setCamBpmSnapshotVersion.groovy is not kept up to date, the latest snapshot version in the versioning.latest is not accurate. Instead, we can use this artifactory file: https://artifacts.camunda.com/artifactory/camunda-bpm-snapshots/org/camunda/bpm/camunda-engine/maven-metadata.xml

The respective shared jenkins library funktion needs adjusted to work with the above instead of the old xml.
