What/Where is the issue ?
Environment: C8SaaS INT
Optimize version : 3.10+
ES version : 7.17.x
OS + Browser version : Chrome / MacOS
Steps to reproduce:
- Preconditions:
Create an Optimize 3.10+ generation with Zeebe SNAPSHOT and Zeebe 8.2.7 version
Create a clusters with two generations
Test in INT environment
- Steps:
- Go to Web Modeler and deploy the same process to the clusters you created in preconditions
- Go to Optimize from the clusters
- Check Dashboards page if the process in on the list and your name set as owner of the process
Observed behavior:
Setting an owner functionality works on Zeebe SNAPSHOT versions, but not works on Zeebe 8.2.7 version.
Expected behavior:
Functionality should work on each Zeebe version.
Additional Information:
Use query to check the logs after deploying the process on the cluster with Zeebe 8.2.7 version.

There are some issues getting an unauthorized{{}} response when trying to retrieve the owner user ID.
