• Show raw data for all visualizations except for table reports
• The raw data table should be collapsible

Testing Notes:

• The report view should show the raw data with the instances loaded
• The raw data instances should be filtered with the same report filters
• Table reports should not show the raw data table
• The raw data panel should not be visible in combined reports
• The raw data panel should not be visible in Adoption dashboard reports (in dashboard page)
