L3 - Default Description
From 3.11 onwards, Optimize will be synthetically releasing two versions, one for C7 (3.11) and C8 (8.3). We need to make sure that the version in Optimize correctly reflects the version that is being run.
The update factory also needs to update to the correct schema
Test notes:
- When running Optimize in C7 mode, the version in the footer is a "real" version (3.11) for example)
- When running Optimize in C8 mode, the version in the footer is a 8 version (8.3 for example)
- When upgrading, the new schema (3.11) gets set in the metadata index, as usual
