      Combined bar chart reports have double access

      Environment: C7

      Optimize version: Latest
      ES version: 7.17
      OS + Browser version: MacOS + Chrome

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a process number report and save it
      • Create a combined report
      • select the process report from the list of reports

      Observed behavior:

      The chart has double y-axis

      Expected behavior:

      The chart has only single y-axis
