Context:

Once multi tenancy is implemented for CCSM, we need to evaluate what if any documentation about this needs added. This ticket is to be kept up to date accordingly with a list of things to document

To document

• identity baseUrl config + env var is documented
• C8 tenant auth cache config settings + env vars
• multi tenancy enabled flag config + env var
  • consequences of disabled flag (all users can only see <default> tenant data)
  • consequences of enabled flag (all users can only see tenant data as authorized by identity)
• importance of consistency between enabling/disabling multi tenancy across components 
• add c7 label for c7 multi tenancy
