Testing Notes: :

1. Create a new report (try different types) and save it.
2. Verify that the "Edit" button has the Carbon Design System style and allows you to edit the report.
3. Confirm that the "Delete" button with Carbon Design System style deletes the report when clicked.
4. Click on the "Share Popover Trigger" to open the popover (do not verify the content) and ensure it adheres to Carbon Design System styles.
5. Test the "Download CSV" button to download a CSV file with Carbon Design System styling.
6. Click on the "Alerts" icon (only appears in number reports inside a collection) to open the alerts dropdown and ensure that you can still create/edit alerts using it.
